April's goal.

So far in 2012, I have kept up my resolution of making and meeting a goal every month. My goal for this month is to run a 5k in 30 minutes or less. I think this is a do-able. Also I am going to do the burpee challenge through the end of April. I have been slacking on my workouts since I have been visiting so much, but I WANT to get back on track. So, once again...here we go.
